Healing is a process of reconnecting with your inner wisdom, resilience, and sense of self. As an EMDR therapist, I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem through a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit. I identify as spiritual but not religious, and this perspective meaningfully informs my work. I hold space for intuition, personal meaning, and the deeper, less tangible aspects of healing that often go beyond words. EMDR therapy helps resolve root causes of distress, supporting nervous system regulation and relief from long-held emotional burdens. Reiki, energy perspectives, and symbolic frameworks (like tarot and archetypes) shape how I understand patterns and inner guidance but are not a substitute for psychotherapy.
I'm an LCSW with expertise in brain and behavior and additional specialty in addiction
People want to be heard and understood. I am here to listen and partner with you, as we navigate through your feelings. As we begin, an array of emotions may come up for you, that’s to be expected. But, know that I am here to provide you with a non-judgmental, patient, and empathetic space where you can express yourself freely. By taking an eclectic approach, I encourage you to be an active participant throughout the therapeutic process. I look forward to joining you on your journey of self awareness and clarity. I am committed to enhancing and improving your well being.
Hi, I'm Kaitlyn, a therapist who graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin. I specialize in men's mental health, and I'm deeply committed to helping men feel comfortable, understood, and supported in a therapeutic setting.
I know that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life is throwing a lot at you at once. Whether you're dealing with stress that feels unmanageable, anxiety that follows you into every part of your day, or a major life transition that has left you feeling uncertain about what comes next, I'm here to help you work through it with practical, evidence-based tools that actually make a difference.
My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, a well-researched method that focuses on identifying the unhelpful thought patterns driving how you feel and behave, and replacing them with healthier, more grounded ways of thinking and responding. CBT is structured and goal-focused, which means we won't just be talking in circles. Every session is designed to move you forward in a real, measurable way.
I chose to specialize in men's mental health because I believe men deserve a therapy experience that respects how they think, communicate, and process challenges. My goal is to make therapy feel less like something being done to you and more like a practical tool you can use to build the life you want.
👋 Hey there! I'm Shira. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in private practice, offering telehealth-only sessions in NY and Florida. With compassion and a touch of humor, I work with young adults navigating “life stuff” — the heavy topics that aren’t always welcome elsewhere, like anxiety, depression, childhood, family, and relationship dynamics, and transition-related stress (moving between states, entering the workforce, relationships — you name it). I’m here for you through it all.
The young adults I work with come from all walks of life. Some are stepping into therapy for the very first time, while others are returning with the hope of going deeper in their personal growth. If you're feeling the pressure of life, or just trying to make sense of your emotions — or you're dealing with anxiety, family dynamics, or feeling stuck — you're not alone. Therapy with me is a space to sort through the messy middle and build clarity and confidence.
Hello, my name is Giselle. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida. I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years. My experience is with individuals, families, and groups in community organizations, hospital settings, and outpatient setting. I have experience with a wide range of clinical issues, which includes: depression, self-esteem, anxiety, stress related issues, family conflict, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, anger management, and substance use disorders. I will work with you to address the various life challenges while helping you maintain a productive life style. I also speak both English and Spanish.
I received my first counseling license in 2015 in Indiana and my License as a Professional Counselor in Texas in 2017. I am EMDR trained. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autsim.
Therapy isn’t supposed to feel like performance. It’s supposed to feel like relief.
I’m Kristen — a licensed clinical social worker who’s spent over 20 years supporting people through transitions, overwhelm, and deep life work. I live in South Portland, Maine with my family, and I understand firsthand the emotional labor, coordination, and internal pressure that come with being a capable, high-achieving woman and mother.
As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I intimately understand the cost of masking — and what it takes to stop performing and start feeling and living.
We are all facing difficult challenges in this life and often we find ourselves unsure of where to turn or what to do. We all too easily get stuck in a rut and can use a little nudge to get us out and moving again. I'm glad you have taken the first step in seeking help. Counseling can seem a daunting endeavor but it can also be very beneficial and rewarding as a means to better understanding of ourselves. My hope is that you will continue reading about me and be able to gain an understanding and a comfort in us partnering together on your journey.
My name is Mike and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. Throughout my career, my goal has been to help others to better understand the difficulties they are facing and find a path to work through those challenges. I accomplish this goal by openly and without judgement, meeting the client where they are. My approach includes principles from multiple theorists, each having their own benefits dependent on the issues that are being faced. Our focus will be on the present, the here and now. When necessary as part of developing better understanding, we will look at past events and triggers for how they have informed the present, but we are in the present. We will work collaboratively to better understand current problems, we'll set realistic goals for progress and develop skills necessary to not only overcome current issues but face future concerns as well.
My areas of practice include working with blended families, intimacy issues, infertility/adoption decisions, grief and loss, stages of life, as well as compassion fatigue/care giver issues along with anxiety, stress, and depression.
You've taken the important first steps in this journey to a healthier you. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you but ultimately whether you choose to work with me or another counselor I hope you are able to gain a better understanding of yourself and create brighter future.
Best wishes, Mike
