As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida, I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including those impacted by substance use, trauma, or recent incarceration.
I see therapy as a collaborative process and invite clients to take an active role in their treatment. I focus on managing symptoms, facilitating empowerment, and building confidence as well as teaching the tools necessary to allow clients to be their personal best and create an overall sense of well-being. My integrated approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support to my clients. I love helping others believe and realize what’s possible.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice for five years. I specialize in grief and loss as well as anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with clients going through life transitions.
I have been working in the mental health field for over 12 years. I have experience working with a wide spectrum of challenges through my career in community mental health, higher education, DV shelters/groups and private practice. Including anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, marriage & relationship conflict, fertility/conceiving challenges, pregnancy loss, adjustment disorders and much more.
