Hi, I'm Eileen Persichetti, a clinical social worker supporting clients in both Washington DC and Pennsylvania. I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals navigating life's challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life
I’m currently accepting a limited number of new clients, with availability on Sundays and select Fridays.
Hi, I’m Melissa — a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a Master of Science in Counseling and over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I provide online therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-doubt, and relationship challenges.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I’m committed to ongoing professional growth through advanced training, consultation, and continuing education to ensure I provide thoughtful, effective, and high-quality care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of experience providing comprehensive mental health care. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their mental wellness goals through evidence-based treatment and compassionate care.
What is your approach to therapy?
I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative partnership tailored to your unique story. My style is warm, holistic, and integrative. Because I am trained in both Clinical Social Work and Christian Theology (Masters of Divinity), I view health through a wide lens—considering not just your thoughts and behaviors, but also your values, your community, and the physical way your body carries stress.
My goal is to help you move from a place of "just getting by" to a place where you feel grounded, resilient, and authentically yourself.
I am a dedicated mental health clinician committed to helping patients better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person has the capacity for growth when given the right support and tools.
I have a background in working with individuals across the lifespan, with particular experience supporting patients with anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges. I also work with patients who struggle with self-worth, perfectionism, and patterns of self-criticism, helping them build a more compassionate and balanced relationship with themselves.
I earned my degree in Clinical Psychology at University of Hartford, and I continue to engage in ongoing education to stay current with best practices in mental health care. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that supports patients in building resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
