Hi, I'm Jessica! I have been working in the substance abuse and mental health field for 15 years. Some background about me: I've work with various populations in my professional career including adolescents, young adult population, adult men and women. I'm a Penn State University alumnus and obtained my Master's in Addiction Counseling at Waynesburg University. In the past two years I have reached goals of becoming a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor.
Hi! I use a calm & laid back approach to help you identify and meet your goals for therapy. I am trained in evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Motivational Interviewing.
Hi my name is Nathalie. Congratulations on taking the first step in your journey of self-improvement. Change is hard but I am here to help you along in the process of change.
I am passionate about finding the way for people struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use concerns and trauma. I have been in practice for 20 years. I have had training in several modalities of therapy, but ultimately I am always looking for what works for every single person I work with.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who supports adults navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. I’ve spent years helping high-responsibility people—veterans, professionals, caregivers—find clarity and steadiness again. My style is warm, direct, and deeply supportive. I believe you already carry the strength you need to heal, and my job is to help you access it with more ease and confidence.
I have been practicing therapy for several years (licensed for almost 2) and the more I do it the more I enjoy it. I enjoy hearing people's stories and watching them change and progress in many different ways. I like to ask questions, but am not afraid to challenge something or make a joke at times. I have worked in the drug and alcohol field for several years and in that field I encountered many different mental health conditions.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, clinical supervisor, and psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, emotional distress, and life transitions.
My career has included work in schools, outpatient counseling centers, and hospital settings, where I supported individuals facing mood disorders, addiction, and psychosis. I’ve worked with clients across the lifespan—from young children to older adults—and bring a broad, real-world perspective to my practice.
As a certified trainer in trauma-informed care, I use practical, effective tools to help you better understand your emotional responses, regulate stress, and feel more grounded. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your specific needs. I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques to help you gain insight, shift patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Clients often tell me that our work together helps them feel less overwhelmed, more self-aware, and better able to cope with life’s challenges. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself.
Some of the feedback that I received from clients are:
"You give me a perspective so I don’t get stuck and I realize I don’t have to solve it all at once
"You have forever affected how I look at things in a positive way"
"You changed how I look at things. I know I can do it, so I achieve it. The re-parenting thing gives me a way to understand people and myself."
"You help people be comfortable in their own skin."
Uncomfortable as they may be, emotional struggles often develop for understandable reasons. They reflect what we’ve experienced, how we’ve learned to cope, protect ourselves, and navigate important relationships over time. And while these patterns may have once served an important purpose and still carry valuable information, they can also keep us tied to past experiences in ways that make it difficult to feel fully present, connected, and grounded in ourselves. Therapy can help us better understand these experiences so that we can move forward with greater flexibility, self-understanding, and connection in our lives and relationships.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, interpersonal or family conflict, life transitions, trauma, depression, OCD, and questions related to identity, relationships, and emotional meaning. I also work with individuals who are simply looking for a thoughtful space to reflect, grow, and better understand themselves.
My clinical work has been shaped by training at the University of Pennsylvania, the Institute for Relational Psychoanalysis of Philadelphia, and experience working across multiple levels of care, including residential and intensive treatment settings.
I'm Alexis and I am proud to be a Christian mental health clinician and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a MA in Christian Pastoral Counseling with over 5 years in the field. As a clinican, I am experienced in working with every age group (age 4+) of individuals, couples and families over the span of mental health concerns including clinical symptoms, relational distress, emotional disturbance, and behavioral adjustment. While my expertise is diverse, my specialty areas are marriage, divorce, and parenting coaching. I also take joy in working with clients on faith and spirituality.
