Welcome—I’m Dr. Fignole, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. I provide personalized, evidence-based care for adolescents, adults, and older adults.
My practice is grounded in trust, professionalism, and compassion. I create a confidential, judgment-free space where your story matters. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or major life transitions, I take the time to understand the full picture—not just the symptoms.
I offer thorough psychiatric evaluations, supportive therapy, and when appropriate, medication management—all tailored to your individual needs.
with 15 years of experience in mental health, I lead a muti-clinician practice of caring professionals dedicated to providing personable, compassionate, solution focused, care. My staff and I take pride in providing services through meaningful connection and research driven approaches.
Hi there! I’m Mariah, a mental health professional committed to guiding individuals on their journeys through life. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. Helping others has always been my passion, but throughout life, I saw the beauty, power, and impact on healing the mind to improve one’s quality of life.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, addiction, homelessness, grief, and low self-esteem. I use an eclectic therapy approach, as I honor the uniqueness in every individual I work with.
As a dedicated, empathetic and compassionate professional, it is my goal to ensure my clients feel supported, empowered, safe, and validated. I aim to create a collaborative space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement and reach their full potential.
Relationships can be difficult. You often feel careful not to upset anyone, constantly second-guessing your words, and carrying the weight of other people’s emotions. You may feel like you’re walking on eggshells, stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, or seeking approval just to feel “good enough.” Deep down, you might fear being seen as too much. You’ve learned to silence your needs to keep the peace. You might feel responsible for how others feel and find yourself putting their needs before your own. Maybe you grew up needing to earn love or learned to stay small to feel safe.
If any of this sounds familiar, know that you're not broken and you’re not alone. These patterns are often rooted in trauma, especially from childhood or past relationships. Together, we can start to untangle them. Healing is possible, and it starts by learning to trust yourself again. I am committed to help people thrive and heal from their past traumas.
