I am a licensed clinical social worker with my masters from Columbia university and Masters in Divinity from Biblical Theological Seminary. I have 14+ experience in providing therapy for clients in all stages of life from childhood to older adults. I believing in a holistic approach and often collaborate with medical professionals and incorporate people’s spirituality. The past few years I have been providing services for patients from women’s health clinic and older adult clinic with a wide range of mental health issues.
Do you find yourself overthinking everything — replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or feeling stuck in your own head?
You might look like you have it together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure what to do next. I work with adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, relationship stress, and constant “what ifs.”
A lot of my clients struggle with communication, setting boundaries, or trusting themselves to make the “right” decision. Together, we slow things down and make things feel more manageable. We focus on clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and helping you feel more confident in your choices.
Therapy with me feels like a real conversation — not clinical or intimidating. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll figure it out step by step.
I studied at Susquehanna University for my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and graduated in 2015. I then attended University of Pittsburgh for my Masters in Social Work program which I graduated in 2017. What qualifies me for this role is my empathic therapeutic approach with clients. I've worked in Private practice, case management at a non-profit organization and with kids and adults with varying diagnoses like anxiety, depression, ADHD and OCD. I prefer working with new moms and parents in general. I also have an ADHD certification and work with adults with ADHD. I only see clients ages 18+ at this time.
