Utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, I tailor therapy based on my client's needs. I have worked with culturally diverse individuals ages 6 and above, couples, families, and the dual-diagnosed population. In addition to individual and family therapy, I also provide group therapy, crisis intervention, and career counseling services.
During sessions, you will receive guidance in exploring and better understanding your presenting concern(s), as well as support in identifying coping techniques/strategies. By incorporating a self-care & strengths-based approach into sessions, clients are able to recognize that they can live happy, meaningful, and successful lives. My work as a mental health clinician has allowed me to work with individuals who have been diagnosed with different things ranging from anxiety & depression, to schizophrenia. The major thing that I learned in all of this is that we are all human...and we all need love and support.
