Hi, I’m Jennifer Roberts, PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in women’s mental health across the lifespan—from perinatal and postpartum challenges to menopause, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, mood changes, substance use recovery, trauma recovery, and ADHD. I provide integrative mental health care that blends medication management with holistic, individualized treatment plans.
I offer in-person care in Walpole, MA, and telehealth across Massachusetts. Let's work together to create a path toward healing that truly fits you.
If you’re going to invest this much time and energy, you want therapy that actually moves the needle—not just insight. I work with individuals and couples in a structured, emotionally focused way aimed at lasting change. I specialize in working professionals navigating career and financial stress, relationship/marital distress, infertility/IVF, LGBTQ+ clients, Asian/Asian American and immigrant communities, and first-gen professionals feeling stuck despite doing everything right. I’ve also developed expertise in resolving relational conflict, career curveballs, confidence slumps, and parenting challenges.
My name is Amanda Potter, Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Simmons College in 2010. I also have a BA in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, class of 2005.
I have a background in working with people of many different age ranges, coping with many different issues. Recently I have honed my focus down to working with people coping with grief and loss.
I am glad you decided to engage in therapy. I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can openly express yourself without judgment. I utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), MI (motivational interviewing, and CPT (cognitive processing therapy). I focus on your goals and progress in therapy.
My passion is helping individuals with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I have multiple years of professional and private practice experience helping teens, middle aged, senior adults, and couples navigate emotional difficulties and traumatic periods of their lives.
I bring a calm, steady, and thoughtful presence to the work. Clients often describe me as warm, gently humorous, and intellectually grounded. My practice is shaped by the teachings and wisdom of the Catholic faith, especially its understanding of the human person as a unity of body and soul, created for meaning and made for eternity. I find that many people of faith or traditional backgrounds want a therapist who respects those commitments and won’t dismiss or pathologize them.
I work especially well with anxiety, scrupulosity, family strain, and questions that sit at the crossroads of faith and daily life. I’m not drawn to trends or spiritual fads — I prefer a more timeless, human approach to healing — but clients of any or no religious background are also welcome. Above all, I want you to have a therapeutic space where you feel understood, respected, and able to explore the deeper parts of your story without pressure.
I’m an LCSW currently licensed in CT, MA, NH, and ME. I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s practical and empowering. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, life transitions or grief, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where growth and change feel possible. My role is not to “fix” but to walk with you to gain insight, develop tools and move towards the version of you that feels most authentic.
