I am so grateful that you are here! My core belief is that you are the expert in your journey. My practice focuses on supporting individuals who have experienced depression, trauma, anxiety and significant life losses or changes. My primary area of expertise includes trauma-informed care and supporting individuals who have been exposed to trauma or repeated traumatic events. I support families who are experiencing significant life changes including wonderful events and some of life's most challenging and pivotal moments. I am very passionate about supporting individuals who live with neurodiversity and their loved ones.
I am a clinical psychologist with 17 years of clinical experience in both outpatient mental health care and as an integrated mental health care provider in medical settings. I received training from an APA accredited graduate program based on the scientist-practitioner model and practice within the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) orientation. I serve adults and older adults, managing a variety of mental health and medical conditions.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, if you are feeling stuck and don't know where to begin, I can help you find the way. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My clients often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to — someone they can open up to without feeling judged or rushed. I have a strong passion for supporting my clients in the way they need and desire to be supported. I have a deep personal and professional understanding of the human mind and the struggles of life. I genuinely care about my clients and their wellbeing.
Hi there! I’m Edith, but please, call me Edie. As an out and proud transgender woman, I am excited to work with the LGBT community through sexuality- and gender-affirming treatment. Are you struggling with your gender and/or sexuality? I would love to walk with you as we collaboratively work to find answers, solutions, and resilience.
I am an LCSW, and have been since 2014. I have a masters degree in Clinical Social work and work with individuals, couples and families. I work with those with anxiety, depression, communication issues, and most issues that we are going through currently.
Healing the mind starts with being truly heard. I’m Dr. Joetta Little, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who helps adults navigate a wide range of mental health challenges—from anxiety, depression, and trauma to mood, thought, and personality disorders. My approach combines evidence-based treatment with empathy and collaboration, creating a safe space where every story matters. Whether you’re seeking stability, clarity, or peace, we’ll work together to uncover what wellness looks like for you.✨ Your healing starts here—with care that sees the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
My intention is to offer a non-judgmental space to talk through past and present feelings and situations that may be uncomfortable, painful, stressful or overwhelming. I most often work with those who feel stuck due to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, ADHD, Autism, grief/loss or folks wanting to engage in identity exploration. Reaching out for and participating in therapy may seem daunting; however, part of my role is to help work through any uneasiness or apprehension.
