I offer individual, couples, premarital, marriage, family, child, and adolescent counseling. The environment is a non-judgmental, safe place of acceptance. I will walk along side and help you develop strength and peace. I offer ways that can be helpful in managing trauma, stress, and dealing with communication and trust within relationships. My goal is to help you access internal resources and make adjustments that can be helpful. Since 2013, my focus has been working with individuals who are dealing with a variety of issues, including trauma. I enjoy working with a diverse population including individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and grief, to develop a plan to bring positive changes.
I have worked providing mental health care extensively in many environments including wilderness behavioral programs, juvenile detention centers, acute mental health hospitals and addiction clinics. I was raised in Montana where I learned to love backpacking, rock climbing and skiing. I now live in the Colorado Springs area with my wife and our three kids who all love the mountains and high mountain lakes.
