I am trained in EMDR therapy possess 7+ years of experience working with various backgrounds from outpatient and residential settings to working with children, adolescents, adults, veterans, and families through a variety of different challenges.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2004. In 2011, I went back to gain my Masters degree in Clinical Counseling from Adams State University. After taking a year off to volunteer in Chile, I finished my degree in 2015. My work experience has allowed me to assist a vast amount of individuals, including children and families for over 13 years.

I completed both my undergraduate and graduate school training at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. At the time the graduate school in psychology was ranked 4th in the nation. I received my master's degree in 2004 with a 4.0 grade average in this very demanding and competitive program.
