I studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in graduate school, and after that took a deep dive into mindfulness, solution-oriented therapy, and belief repatterining work. I have worked with adults and children for over 30 years. My work bridges a broad spectrum of life issues with the belief that we each carry a unique inner authority that directs us to develop according to our own truth.
My work has a Jungian orientation. In addition to verbal therapy with adults we may incorporate dream work, art, EMDR, or hypnotherapy.
I work virtually now and no longer treat children.
Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I love working with adult women from their mid-20s to mid-60s who are navigating big life transitions. I’m also a mother, so I understand how demanding it can be to care for everyone else while trying to hold onto yourself.
I often work with women facing postpartum changes, returning to work after baby, work–life balance struggles, and the emotional and physical shifts of perimenopause and menopause. My clients describe me as warm, non-judgmental, positive, and honest, and someone who helps them reconnect with their best selves. I specialize in anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, and women’s issues.
I completed my MSW at Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City and my PhD in Social Work at USC in Los Angeles. Having lived and worked in New York City, Jerusalem, and Los Angeles, I bring a culturally aware, inclusive lens to our work together.
What is your approach to therapy? My style is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I believe you already have many strengths, and we’ll work together to build on them so you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered.
I use psychosocial, strength-based, and self-esteem-building approaches, along with Inner Child work to help process past experiences and trauma. I also pay close attention to the mind–body connection, recognizing that the body keeps the score, and we’ll explore practical ways to care for both your emotional and physical well-being.
In our sessions, we’ll focus on what’s most challenging right now—whether that’s anxiety, low mood, burnout, or a life transition—and break your goals into manageable steps. My aim is for therapy to feel like a safe, honest space where you can be fully yourself and leave feeling supported and clearer about your next steps.
What can clients expect from their first session with you?In your first session, you’ll have space to tell me about you, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’re hoping will feel different. I’ll ask gentle questions about your living situation, family and support system, work, and any major stressors or transitions you’re navigating.
We’ll discuss your goals and what you’d like to focus on—whether that’s easing anxiety, managing postpartum emotions, improving work–life balance, or coping with mood and body changes. Together, we’ll decide if we’re a good fit and outline a starting plan.
My hope is that you leave that first session feeling heard, safe, and a little more hopeful, knowing you don’t have to go through this alone.
I'm glad you're here. I provide an environment where you can share your experiences and current stressors while shedding what no longer serves you to become your best self. I work with individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. My style is warm, collaborative, and empowering — I believe you are the expert on your own life.
As a graduate of the University of Southern California, my training emphasized both clinical excellence and authentic human connection. I integrate CBT and DBT-informed approaches to help clients develop practical skills for managing emotions, navigating relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and shifting unhelpful thought patterns.
I was drawn to this work because I’ve seen how powerful self-awareness and skill-building can be in transforming not only how we cope, but how we experience ourselves and our relationships. I understand that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a grounded, supportive space where you feel truly seen — while also gently challenged to grow in ways that build confidence, clarity, and lasting self-trust.
Hi! My greatest passion is working with individuals who wish to free themselves from trauma patterns, negative self-image, dopamine-seeking patterns, and depression. I'm certified in hypnotherapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, and EMDR, and use a client-centered, trauma-informed approach.
