My experiences have been working with transitions, LGBTQ+, depression, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, acculturative stress, and folks who may hold marginalized identities. I have completed two post-graduate fellowships at Boston Children’s Hospital and advanced clinical practice for Adults certificate at Boston College.
My therapy style is centered on warmth, empathy, and inclusivity. Drawing from my extensive experience working with diverse populations, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone feels heard, valued, and understood. Everyone brings unique experiences, and my goal is to ensure that our work together honors your cultural, spiritual, and personal life story.
I offer a fun but structured environment in which children and teens, feel safe and supported.
The developmental stages of life can leave us struggling to move forward. The stressors of life can compound those struggles. I believe in a strengths based, positive approach to supporting developmental stages and life stressors, one where together we build skills for success and growth.
If you’ve been feeling stuck—whether it’s struggling to focus, managing mood swings, or carrying the weight of stress, grief, or burnout—you don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with adults who are ready for things to feel more manageable, especially those navigating ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and life transitions. I see care as a partnership built on honesty, respect, and presence. My background as a psychiatric nurse practitioner who has worked with people across the lifespan allows me to approach each person with empathy and steadiness. Clients often tell me they feel both seen and supported in our work together—I value authenticity and believe healing begins when we can show up as our full selves.
