I have several years experience counseling adults, couples and children in a variety of settings including community mental health, IHT, school based counseling and private practice. I specialize in treating couples, anxiety, depression, ADHD and adjustment to life transitions. My education includes a masters degree in counseling psychology from Assumption College and a master of science from B.U. with a concentration in neuroscience.

For my formal educational background, I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have a Bachelor degree of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Master degree of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
My passion is helping individuals with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I have multiple years of professional and private practice experience helping teens, middle aged, senior adults, and couples navigate emotional difficulties and traumatic periods of their lives.
As a licensed and trained EMDR therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space to establish and accomplish goals. For the last two decades, I've been committed to empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve mental and emotional resilience. I've worked in a variety of settings, helping to address many different mental health struggles. The goal is to help my clients live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. I'm currently a clinical supervisor at a community health agency and I've been in this position for three years. This role has allowed me to deepen my clinical insight and keeps me engaged with a wide range of presentations, both which have deeply enhanced my skills as a therapist.
I have been a social worker practicing psychotherapy for 25 years. I have enjoyed working with a variety of people with many different experiences, both in clinic settings and in private practice. For the past 10 years I have been the director of an outpatient substance abuse treatment clinic. I enjoy helping people work through past trauma and find a way forward.
